All orders placed within the US and Canada will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. We will make arrangements to process all orders and verify shipping information. Additional delivery time and shipping charges will apply to International residents. Please contact us before placing an order.

International Orders

International orders will ship via Airmail or Priority Mail International at current postal rates. Because postal rates vary for each country and is based on weight, we will inform you of the actual shipping balance via e-mail prior to processing your order. Any applicable customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. ThreePaperPigs.com is not responsible for any packages lost through USPS international shipping.

Pricing

Pricing is based on sets of 10 invitations or cards, except for holiday and some bridal cards which are sold individually. ThreePaperPigs.com is located in California. Therefore, we are required to collect a 9.25% sales tax from California residents. The total at checkout will reflect appropriate flat rate shipping costs and the required sales tax for CA customers. 

Return Policy

Given the nature of our product, personalized or customized items cannot be returned and processed orders cannot be cancelled. For custom orders, we will always email you a final proof of the item before finalizing the order. All inquiries and comments are welcome, so ask away!

If we made an error with your order, we will be happy to replace it right away. Errors made by the customer that need to be re-printed will also be processed immediately. The cost of re-printed items will be 75% of the original cost. Shipping charges will also be billed according to the shipping schedule.
